We do our very best to ensure that all product images on our website are as accurate and true-to-life as possible. In the rare case that you receive a product that is completely different from what was shown, we’ll be happy to offer you a full refund.
You will receive your order details by email after checkout. A printed fiscal receipt will be included with your delivery.
f you ordered an item by mistake, you can return it to our shop in Mġarr, and we’ll either refund you or issue a store credit.
If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and send it to us via WhatsApp on 9984 8708 for verification. Once verified, the damaged item can also be returned to our Mġarr shop.
All items visible on our website are currently in stock. In the case that a product becomes unavailable before checkout, our system will notify you immediately before completing the order.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) before 11:30am will be prepared on the same day and delivered on the date you select during checkout.
